History

In 1978, George Trebbi formed Research Data, Inc. to provide state-of-the-art technical and analytical support for his strategic research consulting practice.

In 1984, RDI expanded to full-service capability by establishing a top-quality research call center.

RDI became RDI Marketing Services, Inc. in 1990 with the creation of a tele-services capability for direct marketing and followed that with the establishment of an inbound customer care center.

RDI Market Research was significantly strengthened in the first few years of the new millennium with the addition of several strong, experienced account executives, the creation of an analytics/marketing sciences department and a new head of data processing.

And, in 2005, RDI Market Research took another significant step in providing strategic research and consulting for its clients by merging with the strategic consulting firm Marketing On Consumer Knowledge, bringing in the former head of global market research at P&G and creating StrataMark Dynamic Solutions.
