Annette has more than 28 years of strategic research experience. Annette began her career as an interviewer at Market Facts, and continued as telephone center manager and client service representative. Following her tenure at Market Facts, Annette founded and managed her own marketing research consulting company in Dallas. She designed and implemented a number of strategic programs to address market share, customer value management and service evaluations in addition to ad hoc research requests. Utilizing her strong operational background, she leads a cross-functional team of personnel who work on her accounts.
Annette's experiences encompass many data collection methodologies including telephone interviewing, Web-based surveys, central location interviewing, personal interviews, mystery shopping, consumer and business panels and qualitative research. Her client base is varied and includes healthcare, telecommunications, insurance, technology, industrial products, manufacturing, media, pharmaceuticals, retailers and consumer packaged goods segments.
Annette's formal education includes a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Northeastern IL University. She also served on the Board of Directors of the Dallas Chapter of American Marketing Association for 5 years.
