Joan Lord has more than 25 years of experience in Marketing and Marketing Research. She is responsible for analysis, report writing, product development, and consulting support for study design. Joan has worn many hats in her career, including marketing research project direction, client services, and analysis. She spent many years as Group Research Director for a major advertising agency, where she was responsible for marketing research and strategy development for agency clients across a wide range of industries. Returning to her roots in full-service marketing research, she has spent the last decade in an analytical role, where her extensive background enables her to provide keen marketing insights and strategic thinking to clients' businesses.
Joan has a BS in Education from Miami University and has taken additional coursework in marketing research and statistics at University of Texas at Dallas.
