step' action plans. Joan is experienced in consumer-based research
as well as business-to-business assignments, and she has applied
her expertise across a variety of industries, including financial
services, telecommunications, consumer packaged goods, retailing,
entertainment, automotive, office products and computer hardware/peripherals.
Joan has over 25 years of marketing research experience. Her formal educational training includes a BA from the University of California and a MBA from the University of Southern California.
