.PNG image files, Flash or other video types, and sound files - .wav, .mp3, etc. We partner with the most reliable e-sample providers in the industry, or we can use a list that you provide.
Before we launch a survey, we pre-test it using our staff to verify programming
logic, skip patterns, and data validation of numeric, ranking, or percentage questions.
Once we complete this quality control check, we do a soft launch, check "real"
respondent data, then complete live launch.
Our Web system integrates with our data processing system - we can provide your data
to you in almost any format you might want: electronic or hard-copy data in tables, Word, SPSS,
Excel, Quanvert, or ASCII.
